Red Ginger Hosts Wine School

Red Ginger, the onsite restaurant at The Phoenix resort, hosted a sold out class of Juk with Muk Wine School on Thursday, April 6, 2022. Certified Sommelier Mukul Kanabar taught the class on sparkling wines, which included a tasting of 5 wines - lambrusco, California sparkling, French sparkling, and two grower champagnes.

Class #2 was on May 5, 2022. The topic was Italian Red wines. We tasted signature red wines of four distinct wine regions in Italy to understand why those wines taste the way they do and what makes them uniquely Italian. Plus we had some pink prosecco for the first time in Belize.
